When and how are orders shipped?

US domestic shipping is via UPS at a $20 flat rate. Orders are shipped Mondays and Wednesdays HST. ShyAktive packaging is environmentally friendly.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes, absolutely. If you change your mind, please contact us at: contact@shyaktive.com and we will cancel your order and make the refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As ShyAktive is a small start up and our sports bras and accessories are a luxurious product, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We believe our product is of the highest quality and that you will be happy with any style or color of bra (or accessory) that you choose. The most important factor is to obtain your correct size which is why we have taken a great deal of effort to put all this information together on our ShyAktive Bra Sizing Page. Please read this information thoroughly and measure yourself accurately so you can rest assured that you have selected the right size sports bra for your use.

What’s in the cost of a sports bra?

ShyAktive sports bras (and accessories) are a boutique product and our goal is for them to be more comfortable than the average sports bra and accessory. They are constructed from the highly sought after and luxurious fabric, Tencel, dyed naturally, and made ethically in Bali. For these reasons ShyAktive bras must be cared for properly for a long life in your wardrobe! *Although the Tencel fiber will reshape back to its original size after wash and care, please note the average lifespan of a sports bra is about 6-12 months.
